Biden promised to run a respectful White House, but so far his staff has been accused of multiple toxic behaviors in the workplace. Turns out a positive workplace takes more than stump speech promises.

The resignation is a black eye for Biden, who had pledged early on that he would have a zero-tolerance policy when it came to bullying. But then, Biden himself is a bully.
