Joe Biden and his crew make lots of noise about the supposed “injustice” of American society, but when it comes to an actual genocide in China, they don’t give a rip.
That was made explicit when billionaire venture capitalist and major Biden donor Chamath Palihapitiya said “nobody cares” about the Uyghur genocide in China.
Yahoo Sports reports:
The Golden State Warriors distanced themselves on Monday from minority owner Chamath Palihapitiya, who declared on a recent podcast appearance: “Nobody cares about what’s happening to the Uyghurs.”
Palihapitiya, a venture capitalist and former Facebook and AOL executive, made the statement while speaking on the “All In” technology podcast that he co-hosts.
Palihapitiya’s comments were condemned by NBA star Enes Kantor, who tweeted:
When @NBA says we stand for justice, don’t forget there are those who sell their soul for money & business like @chamath the owner of @warriors,
who says “Nobody cares about what’s happening to the Uyghurs”
When genocides happen, it is people
like this that let it happen
