Kamala Harris has no idea what she’s talking about when asked about Pell Grants

Kamala Harris, the  current vice president of the United States, introduced a student-debt-forgiveness plan in 2019 that had almost comically restrictive parameters: it would apply to “Pell Grant winners who launch a firm that operates for three years in disadvantaged regions.”

The VP revealed a student debt reduction proposal for black college graduates interested in entrepreneurship, but the details left some onlookers less than impressed.
