Hunter Biden likely to be indicted, says Baby Mama’s lawyer

On Thursday, attorney Clint Lancaster told CNBC that he expects the second son of U.S. President Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, to be indicted. “I’d be astonished if he’s not indicted just based on what I saw in his financial records,” he claimed.

According to the lawyer representing Lunden Alexis Roberts, the former stripper with whom Hunter Biden has a three-year-old daughter, Hunter Biden would most likely be indicted for tax fraud.

In 2019, Roberts filed a child support lawsuit against Hunter Biden. Hunter agreed to pay child support in January 2020, and the case was settled.

Lancaster allegedly handed up to investigators “a large number of Hunter’s financial documents,” including his Burisma pay records. Hunter was a member of the Ukrainian energy company’s board of directors, earning almost $80,000 per month despite having no prior experience in the industry.

While Joe Biden was vice president, he publicly threatened the Ukrainian government with withholding a billion-dollar loan unless they fired Ukrainian Prosecutor General Shokin, who was investigating Burisma for corruption at the time.

Lancaster claimed he and Roberts were asked about Biden by an assistant US attorney, an FBI agent, and an IRS agent — “one who carries a badge and pistol” — in Little Rock, Ark., where Lancaster practiced law, more than a year ago.

Federal prosecutors in Delaware were “investigating [his] tax troubles,” Biden stated in December 2020. According to the New York Times, the investigation is looking into whether Biden committed foreign lobbying and money laundering rules. While his father was vice president, Biden had shady overseas business connections, with the Ukrainian oil corporation Burisma.

Lancaster told CNBC, “I had his Burisma pay records,” referring to the documents his client provided to investigators. “I had records of what Burisma paid into the United States in the end.”

According to Lancaster, Biden has not “met his daughter with Roberts or showed an interest in doing so,” despite his refusal to accept his child until a DNA test confirmed his fatherhood.

President Joe Biden has declined to recognize the daughter as his sixth granddaughter as of December. The White House did not respond to a request for comment from CNBC.
