John Ratcliffe, the former director of National Intelligence, has just opined that Special Counsel John Durham’s latest indictment in the Russian Collusion Hoax, which he referred to as a “deep criminal conspiracy,” ought to be “the first . . . of a number,” Fox News reports.
Ratcliffe’s comment came during an appearance on “America’s Newsroom” on Monday. There he spoke about the latest court filing from Durham.
That court filing alleges that Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign employed lawyers who paid to have Donald Trump’s servers infiltrated in order to plant information there in furtherance of the Democrats’ Trump-Russia collusion narrative. According to Durham, this occurred both before and after Trump became president.
One of the lawyers who allegedly worked for Clinton’s 2016 campaign, Michael Sussmann, is the subject of Durham’s indictment.
Durham alleges that Sussmann lied to the FBI about the fact that he was working for someone when he presented fabricated evidence of Trump-Russia collusion to the agency. Durham says that he has evidence that Sussmann both worked for the Clinton campaign as well as for a technology executive involved in the server infiltration.
Sussmann has pled not guilty to this allegation. He claims that he never told the FBI that he wasn’t working on behalf of a client. And, he also claims that he was not working for Clinton.
This is only Durham’s second indictment in his investigation of the Russian Collusion Hoax. The first was of former FBI Lawyer Kevin Clinesmith, who has pled guilty to altering an email to indicate that a Trump campaign aide was not under government surveillance when he actually was.
Radcliffe reveals that there’s more
Radcliffe said, during his appearance on Fox:
Michael Sussmann’s is the first of what I would hope would be a number, based on the fact — I provided not just those declassified documents, but I provided 1,000 intelligence community documents that I think support additional charges that I would expect John Durham to bring.
Radcliffe, here, was referring to the materials that he handed over to the Department of Justice (DOJ) in October to help Durham in his investigation of the Russia Collusion Hoax. He said that, based on the info provided, he would expect “quite a few more indictments.”
We said there was FISA abuse. And Kevin Clinesmith was indicted on lying to the FISA court to spy on the Trump campaign. And then, on your show, we talked about this very fact, that the Hillary Clinton campaign created the Trump-Russia collusion. And the intelligence community and the FBI knew that. And they briefed not just President Obama, but Vice President Biden and the entire national security team. I expected and said there would be indictments forthcoming.
Radcliffe concluded, “I would expect and anticipate based on the intelligence that I’ve seen that there would be quite a few more indictments relating to this.”
Let’s hope that Radcliffe is right. It’s about time that Durham brings those involved in the Russia Collusion Hoax to justice.
