A federal court just eviscerated Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate, calling it “staggeringly overbroad.” Finally, a firm rejection of tyranny by the courts.
The three-judge panel in New Orleans ruled that Biden’s mandate “grossly exceeds OSHA’s statutory authority,” writing that “rather than a delicately handled scalpel, the Mandate is a one-size fits-all sledgehammer that makes hardly any attempt to account for differences in workplaces (and workers) that have more than a little bearing on workers’ varying degrees of susceptibility to the supposedly ‘grave danger’ the Mandate purports to address.”
The court went on to hold that the mandate might also violate the Constitution, writing, “The Mandate imposes a financial burden upon them by deputizing their participation in OSHA’s regulatory scheme, exposes them to severe financial risk if they refuse or fail to comply, and threatens to decimate their workforces (and business prospects) by forcing unwilling employees to take their shots, take their tests, or hit the road.”
I might be crazy, but the most surprising thing about this is how long it took to find a Court with the stones to actually see this for what it is – unconstitutional tyranny.
Dr. Scott Atlas has been the best public health official in the country through the pandemic. Unlike Fauci and Birx, Atlas has followed the data and spoken the truth. And he’s had it with Fauci’s lies. He writes: “No one offered any contrary data. No one spoke of scientific studies. No one even mentioned the discredited Korea study. Zero comments from Dr. Birx. Nothing from Dr. Fauci. And as always, not a single mention by Birx or Fauci about the serious harms of school closures. In my mind, this was bizarre. Why was I the only one in the room with detailed knowledge of the literature? Why was I the only one considering the data on such an important topic with a critical eye? Were the others simply accepting bottom lines and conclusions, without any analytical evaluation? Weren’t they supposed to be expert medical scientists, too? I waited.”
The Washington Post spread the Trump-Russia hoax for years. Now that it’s been discredited, the Post is quietly going back and “correcting” and deleting (read altering) stories and headlines that perpetuated the hoax. No apology, just a coverup.
New York City mayor-elect Eric Adams challenged his fellow Democrats to condemn Black Lives Matter activist Hawk Newsome who said Adam’s new policing plans would trigger ‘riots and bloodshed’ in NYC streets. Adams is one of the few Democrats that gets that rioting is a terrible political strategy.
Break From Politics
I’m not a huge superhero movie fan, although a few of them have been entertaining. But the formula is getting stale, and wokeness is killing everything. Do you agree?

Planet Earth is at a historical low in terms of carbon dioxide levels & global termperatures. Whenever the media lies about global warming being 'the highest on record' and being 'an existential threat to life on earth,' it is deceiving people about the actual scientific record. pic.twitter.com/wlkTDots4J
