1) Biden’s infrastructure bill is dying, and the Democrats are the ones killing it. Larry Kudlow writes:
Let’s begin at the beginning. Save America. Kill the bill. It seemed quixotic a few months ago when I began this mantra. Well, events are moving at the speed of light. Headlines Thursday were breathtaking. I think there is now a high and rising probability that the bill — in all of its fading majesty — will be killed.
There’s an old saying by somebody somewhere — I believe it was Napoleon — that says, ‘Never interfere with an enemy while he’s in the process of destroying himself.’ Right now the Democrats are destroying themselves. They’ve moved from a circular firing squad to a public hanging, and that in my view is progress.
2) Sex Abuse COVERUP in liberal Loudoun County schools. John Daniel Davidson writes:
By now, much of the country has heard of Loudoun County, Virginia, where a skirt-wearing “gender fluid” male student allegedly raped a girl in the bathroom and was then quietly transferred to another school where he allegedly sexually assaulted another girl, all while the school board forced a transgender bathroom policy on unsuspecting parents.
Much of the country has also heard of Scott Smith, the father of the first girl who was allegedly raped. The story of Smith’s arrest at a now-infamous Loudoun County school board meeting in June, where he attempted to confront the school board about the sexual assault on his daughter, has been widely covered.
Now, the plot thickens. According to a report from The Daily Wire last week, Loudoun County Public Schools have failed to report sexual assaults in its district for years as required under Virginia state law, which also requires that sexual assaults be reported to the superintendent. So not only did Ziegler lie to parents when he said he had no knowledge of any sexual assaults in the bathrooms, but the school district itself lied to the Virginia Department of Education when it reported that Stone Bridge High School, where Smith’s daughter was allegedly raped in May, had no record of any sexual assaults in the 2020-21 school year.
3) Dr. Fauci committed perjury and he needs to be charged. Roger Kimball writes:
Anyone wishing to appreciate the nature of our two-tier society needs only to contrast the fate of St Anthony Fauci with that, say, of General Mike Flynn or any of the dozens of political prisoners who are, many of them, being held without charge in appalling conditions in a Washington, D.C. prison even as I write.
Fauci has been a carbuncle on the countenance of American life at least since he help spread the myth of heterosexual transmission of AIDS in the 1980s. The new Chinese flu was custom made for his brand of panic-mongering and totalitarian posturing.
Just a few weeks ago, he was saying that it was “too early” to say whether we would be allowed to gather for Christmas. We’ve known for some time now that he was involved with, and paid with taxpayer money for, “gain of function” research at the Wuhan virology lab where the novel coronavirus that has caused such upheaval was developed.
Yes, that’s right. Fauci was paid by your tax dollars to help weaponize a virus that he then went on to exploit as a means to enhance his lugubrious celebrity.
He lied, under oath, about his role in his testimony before Congress, most pointedly in his heated exchanges with Senator Rand Paul this last summer.
Now we have Dr Francis Collins, director of the National Institutes of Health, publicly challenging Fauci, charging that he is guilty of spreading “misinformation” about taxpayer funding of Fauci’s “gain of function” research at the Chinese virology laboratory.
